Because Lymph Addicts is an online-only digital community offering instant access to educational content, downloads, and member resources, all sales are treated as digital goods.

All Sales Are Final

Once you purchase and receive access to the Lymph Addicts platform, content, or downloads, the product is considered delivered and consumed.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products, programs, memberships, or subscriptions.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Community memberships

  • Courses & trainings

  • PDFs, guides, or downloads

  • Challenges, workshops, or live programs

  • Any bonus materials or digital content

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Digital products:

  • Are delivered instantly

  • Cannot be returned

  • Can be copied, downloaded, or consumed immediately

To prevent abuse and protect the integrity of the community, all digital sales are final.

Technical Issues or Access Problems

If you experience:

  • Trouble logging in

  • Missing access

  • A download that doesn’t work

  • Billing errors

We’re happy to:

  • Restore access

  • Re-send files

  • Help troubleshoot

  • Transfer access to the correct email

…but we do not issue refunds for digital delivery once access is granted.

Subscription & Membership Cancellations

If you are on a recurring membership:

  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle

  • Cancellation stops future charges

  • Past payments are non-refundable

You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period unless you:

  • Access the content

  • Download materials

  • Use the platform

By completing your purchase and accessing the Lymph Addicts community, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital content and waive the right to withdraw.
